A very simple game, but one that requires lightning reflexes, and one that I find myself playing quite a bit trying to top my best scores.

You control a crosshairs over the rotating planet and trench, guiding a laser towards the enemy spaceships. You cannot be hurt, but your enemy is the timer; you must destroy as many ships as possible before it runs out. Enemies fly in from all directions, and it takes a quick hand to get most of them. Make a point of zapping one type of pirate ship in particular -- it swoops by at intervals and shoots your SCORE, lowering it by 800 points!

This game is crying out for joystick support (a later release will cover this), but thanks to Valerio Verrando, it DOES work with keyboard control in version 1.0! The latest version of this even has two-player support.

Note: Zonn has mentioned that the Star Hawk .ini should be set to Speed=SpaceWar, not Speed=Standard, due to quirks in the timer.
