Cirrus is our playfully psychotic Calico
cat. Born in a northeastern Pennsylvania barn sometime in April of
2004, she adopted Caitlin not long after birth. Her sister, Skitz,
adopted Caitlin's best friend at about the same time. Cirrus lived in
northeastern Pennsylvania until the 2004 Christmas holidays, at which
time she and Caitlin relocated to live with us in the Philadelphia
suburbs.
Her favourite passtime is training for upcoming Olympic trials (her
specialties are the 10m dash and the high jump). She also enjoys
playing with toys, in particular a blue tethered mouse and a brightly
coloured tethered fish, both of whom are also her coaches and training
partners. When not training or playing, Cirrus loves to cuddle with us
and purr. If we're not available, she contents herself with sitting on
a window sill or by the patio door, watching the world go by.
Fashion conscious, Cirrus wears a cute pretty neon pink collar with a
tiny bell attached, and Soft
ClawsTM claw covers (someday she
wants to try on the pink ones). For the occasional outdoor excursions,
Cirrus wears a matching neon pink harness and leash.
Cirrus is a devotee of Mew Mix brand cat food, and is particularly
fond of the "gourmet" Wet Pouches. Her favourite dishes in
this kitty cuisine include, What's the Catch?, Fillet
Meow and Cluck-a-doodle-doo.
